Our Ukraine co-workers desperately need help as they flee the Russian invasion.
Jaybird Group has a dozen software developers living in Ukraine. Before the invasion, they collaborated with co-workers and clients every day, contributing to our mutual success. Now they are fleeing with their families from the Russian army. But there's a way to help them: Jaybird has set up a GoFundMe page where you can donate directly to co-workers who desperately need funds for food, clothing, and shelter.
Many had to flee at a moment's notice, leaving their homes and belongings behind. Some have managed to find refuge in Poland. Others had to send their families across the border while they stayed. All are struggling to find ways to support themselves and their families amid war's mayhem. And they have no idea when they'll be able to return to their homes or if their homes will still be standing. You can hear the harrowing story of one Jaybird Group team member in this radio interview with Andrew Kovalenko, who describes how he fled with his wife and two young children:Hear Andrew's Story
Every donation, no matter how small, will help them rebuild their lives and reunite their families in a safer place. And it tells them that we are standing with them in their hour of need.
“For years, our Ukraine software developers have helped contribute to the success of our company and our clients. Now they need our help. We hope you'll visit our GoFundMe page and make a donation - every dollar will go directly to support them in their hour of need.”
