Who We Are

Jaybird was developed with the belief that there is a better way to run an agency. Many agencies operate under the “form-fitted” agency standard; meaning, that you as the client come in and are “form-fitted” into their way of doing business. They all have the standard teams assigned to your account; media team, creatives, account managers, etc. But what if you don’t need everything? Does that mean you are paying for everything whether you need it or not? Chances are you are paying to cover overhead of employees and services that may never touch your account. So what is the alternative? You overseeing niche agencies set up for each project you're developing? You probably don’t have the time or patience to be able to do that.

That's where we come in. At Jaybird we consider ourselves a “fully-scalable agency”. Need one direct response piece developed that fits into your overall campaign? We can do it. Need an entire campaign developed? We have you covered. We work with you to determine what you need, resources that will be required, and deliver a final product that meets your goals. Whether it's web site development, direct response  television advertising, direct mail campaigns, corporate identity packages – we pull in the resources needed for the project at hand. Jaybird Marketing Group is made up of a collection of marketing executives who have all been in your shoes. You won’t find the agency “lifers” here – the people who have only worked on the agency side and may not realize that you actually have a P&L to manage. We’ve all been on the client side working with agencies. We get it. We know that you have real goals, real quotas and a real need to make your marketing work. We work collectively with you to develop marketing communications that deliver. We aren’t married to our work, nor are we looking to achieve an advertising award. Our success comes from you – if you meet your goals, then we’ve achieved.
